Explanation: Also ein aval ist eine Wechselbürgschaft; man geht ja davon aus, dass der Wechsel auch erfüllt wird, aber um "fiel cumplimiento" nicht wegzulassen, würde ich es mit "voll zu erfüllende Wechselbürgschaft" übersetzen. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 mins (2004-09-03 09:18:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Eine Fianza de fiel cumplimiento ist übrigens eine \"Vertragserfüllungsbürgschaft\" (Monsterwort).
