Mi diccionario técnico tampoco recoge "Puerta batiente". pero si
"batiente" (puerta, ventana) es "Flügel m, Tür-, Fensterflügel m, Flügelrahmen m, Drehflügel m, Wendeflügel" supongo que se trata de una "Flügeltür".
Aunque primero pensé en "Schwingtür" cuando leí tu pregunta.
