Es geht um ein Gesetz zur Wiedereingliederung sozialer Randgruppen in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Hier der Satz:

De igual forma, se introduce la exceptuación del cómputo de trabajadores en procesos de inserción para trabajadores no socios en "Cooperativas de trabajo asociado" y Sociedades laborales para evitar la modificaciónnormativa de estas sociedades.

Folgende Erklärung habe ich gefunden und verstanden, aber mir fehlt ein griffiger deutscher Begriff dafür. Steh ich auf dem Schlauch?? ;-D

cooperativas de trabajo asociado:
es un tipo de cooperativa cuyo objetivo es el proveer y mantener a sus socios de puestos de trabajo a tiempo parcial o completo, a través de la organización en común de la producción de bienes o servicios para terceros.
