Überschrift über der Auflistung der Taxierung des enteigneten Vermögens eines Unternehmens:

Síntesis de las justipreciaciones indemnizatorias integrantes de la justa y razonable compensación total por la expropiación de los bienes y derechos de la empresa XXX.

Ich verstehe, was gemeint ist, bekomme es aber einfach nicht in ein vernünftiges Deutsch gepackt. Ich bin auch ein wenig verwirrt mit den "justipreciaciones" und der "compensación", weil "justiprecio" ja schon die Enteignungsentschädigung ist, aber eben auch "Taxierung" sein kann - und dann passt das "indemnizatorias" ja auch irgendwie nicht.

Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Ich hab' auch öfters solche "verqueren" Texte in Spanisch, vor allem die Behörden schreiben ziemlich gestelzt, finde ich.
