Ich übersetze hier gerade eine Art Lastenheft im Zusammenhang mit einer Ausschreibung, bei der ein Stahlunternehmen einen Subunternehmer mit der Aufbereitung und Verwertung von Rohschlacke beauftragt. Kann ich das mit "Einhaltung der gewerbe- und umweltrechtlichen Bestimmungen" übersetzen, oder wäre das zu frei?


El Contratista se compromete a hacer todo por participar en esta iniciativa y cumplir las normas derivadas de ella y, en particular, a:
• respetar permanentemente la legislación vigente;
• ***respetar los requisitos del permiso de explotación*** / permiso ambiental;
• antes del comienzo de la totalidad o de parte de sus Prestaciones en la sede, comunicar por escrito al Cliente la lista completa de los productos químicos y/o biológicos utilizados en sus procesos.
