neutral  Angelika Meitz: Imme Sinne einer Interpretation des Hypothekenrechts stimme ich zu. Der Urtext gibt dies aber so nicht her. Daher sollte man auf jeden fall bei der präzisen (und weitergefassten) Übersetzung bleiben, sprich "ersuchtes Rechtsmittel".
