Man könnte auch wörtlicher übersetzen: "...die Beträge..., die im Darlehensvertrag vom YYY beurkundet wurden."
Finde ich persönlich aber nicht so gelungen: im Darlehensvertrag werden ja nicht nur die Beträge beurkundet, sondern der gesamte Sachverhalt.
