Hallo allerseits,
es geht am Ende eines Immobilienkaufs/-verkaufs um die elektronische Form einer Urkunde. Dabei bereitet mir vordringlich der eingesternte Ausdruck Kopfzerbrechen.
Aber auch der Nebensatz "por designación ..." ist mir nicht ganz klar.... also, eigentlich stehe ich irgendwie offensichtlich gerade total auf der Leitung und bitte somit gleich um Hilfe zu dem gesamten Satz.... Danke im Voraus !

A dichos efectos se considera **como presentante** de dicho título, por designación de los otorgantes antes señalados a la Gestoria XXX, con C.I.F. YYY y con domicilio ..../.... (Rest nicht relevant)

selbstverständlich ist "título" hier zu 100% "diese Urkunde"
