Spanish term or phrase: constituir bienes en depósto o comodato

Hallo,

das erscheint in der Aufzählung der Befugnisse, die in einer allgemeinen Vollmacht erteilt werden.
Ich habe für *comodato* nur die Übersetzung "Leihvertrag" gefunden. Der gesamte Satz ist wie folgt:

**... negar prrorogas (de arrendamiento) e impgnar dichas negativas; constituir dichos bienes en depósito o comodato y retirarlos; ...**

Explanation:
also verleihen.
Becher sagt auch noch "Gebrauchsleihe" für comodato und ganz schlimm wird es bei "comodato de muebles", das wäre die "Fahrnisleihe"
