Hier bin ich mit meinem Spanisch vollends am Ende, über "Diskontsatz" oder -geschäfte komme ich nicht hinaus.
In meinem konkreten Kontext (Regelungen für die Eigentümer eines Industrieparks) sieht das folgendermaßen aus:
El propietario que no cumpliere con el pago de las cuotas mensuales para gastos ordinarios dentro de los diez (10) primeros días corridos desde la recepción de la liquidación efectuada por el Administrador, a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, se constituirá en mora de pleno derecho sin necesidad de previa interpelación judicial ni extrajudicial y abonará desde la fecha en que debió efectuarse el pago y hasta que satisfaga su deuda un interés compensatorio equivalente al fijado por el Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires a la fecha de la deuda para *operaciones de descuento de documentos* a treinta días vencida y punitorios calculados al doble de dicho porcentual, a favor de quien resultare haber adelantado los fondos.
