De ahí que para determinar si una invención es nueva debe practicarse un „juicio comparativo“ -de un lado- entre la invención de que se trate; y -de otro lado- con el estado de la técnica que existe al momento de presentarse la solicitud de la patente impugnada (en el caso de la PATENTE XXX su „prioridad registral“ se remonta al 7 de septiembre de 1988, a tenor de los documentos 7 y 33 de la demanda).

Explanation:
ein Vergleichsverfahren ist, um zu einem Vergleich (= Übereinkunft) (im Spanischen : Juicio conciliatorio) zu kommen.

Hier ist aber offenbar gemeint, zu vergleichen, ob dieses Patent wirklich neu ist oder nicht.

Zu Prioridad registral:
ist wohl die Registerpriorität, aber nicht die Voranmeldung. Ich verstehe, das gemeint werden soll, ob dieses Patent Registerpriorität hat, also welche Priorität es hat, um eingetragen werden zu können.
