Im Internet gibt es verdammt viele Sätze mit "al hilo de cuanto", einfach mal eingeben (in Anführungszeichen) und die Bedeutung checken. Ich komme in den einen Satz so auch nicht rein, aber im Gesamtkontext müsste es klarer werden.
