xx es reconocida como la heredera universal de xy y en tal sentido, ostenta la titularidad de los derechos patrimoniales y de las *facultades defensivas* en el *orden moral*.
Ich habe bislang: xx ist als Alleinerbin xy's anerkannt und in diesem Sinne hält sie die Rechtsinhaberschaft an den vermögensrechtlichen Rechten und den Verteidigungsbefugnissen in personenrechtlicher Hinsicht.
Mir geht da aber ein bißchen der Sinn ab. Also facultades morales sind im Urheberrecht personenrechtliche Befugnisse, aber ob orden moral auch mit personenrechtl. zu übersetzen ist bezweifle ich und mit den facultades defensivas bin ich auch nicht wirklich glücklich.

Asker: ..das Urheberrecht auch in ethischer Hinsicht zu verteidigen gefällt mir gut. Ich weiß nur nicht, ob moral nicht auch hier etwas mit Personenrecht zu tun hat, da facultad moral personenrechtliche Befugnisse sind. Das derecho patrimonial hatte ich unglücklich ausgedrückt, war zu faul zum nachschauen, was ich vorher hatte und wusste es nicht mehr ganz richtig, danke
