¿Qué diferencia hay entre jornada de trabajo y horario de trabajo? Esto aparece en un contrato laboral:
1. La jornada de trabajo se ajustará a la que esté vigente en todo momento en el Convenio Colectivo que sea de aplicación a las relaciones laborales en la Compañía.
2. El horario de trabajo se regirá por las disposiciones generales de la Compañía, las exigencias de ésta y por la particular actividad a desarrollar por el Empleado.
¿Cómo traduciríais al alemán estos dos términos? A mí sólo se me ocurre "Arbeitszeit" para los dos. O para jornada de trabajo, quizás, die tägliche Arbeitsleistung? ¿Alguién me podría iluminar? |
