ich kriege diesen gesamten Satz einfach nicht hin... Bei "a paz y salvo" bin ich inzwischen so weit, dass man "frei" oder "befreit" von etwas ist (Schulden, Gebühren usw.), aber ich schaffe es einfach nicht, es in amtliches Deutsch zu übersetzen.
