Dass es sich speziell um eine 2. Vorladung handeln könnte, war mir zunächst auch nicht bewusst. Ich habe "sobrecarta" erst einmal in Verbindung mit "provisión expedida por los tribunales" gesehen, und somit eine neutrale Version vorgeschlagen.
