(Die ordentliche Gerichtsbarkeit umfasst in D-land die Zivil- und Strafgerichte, wobei es sich bei den Zivilgerichten um die allgemeine Gerichtsbarkeit des Amtsgerichts, des Familiengerichts und anderer Sonderabteilungen wie z. Klage im ordentlichen Zivilprozess Explanation: Mit juicio ordinario scheint mir nicht nur die Zivilklage gemeint zu sein sondern auch die Verfahrensart etwas näher bestimmt zu sein. dies ergibt sich z.B. aus der u.a. Referenz. "El proceso civil ordinario, denominado legalmente "juicio ordinario", el heredero temporal que no conceptualmente del solemnis ordo iudiciarius y del juicio de mayor cuantía, porque lo transforma radicalmente, se articula con base en el principio de oralidad, aunque no totalmente, sino sólo a partir de la demanda y contestación, que son actos procesales escritos, seguido de dos comparecencias, audiencias o vistas, una primera, denominada legalmente "audiencia previa al juicio", que tiene carácter preliminar y sirve para remover todos los obstáculos procesales que puedan existir, y otra, llamada por la LEC "juicio", se ordena para la práctica de la prueba sobre el tema de fondo, dictándose a continuación la sentencia, una vez se ha concluido.
