das, was wir Deutschen Andalusier nennen, ist in wirklich die "Pura Raza Española" und so würde ich das auch übersetzen.
Sementál für Hengst ist richtig.

Explanation:
Als "semental" werden die Zuchthengste eines Gestüts bezeichnet.
Es kommt also auf den Kontext an.
Ansonsten weiß ich noch "caballo entero" oder einfach "entero" für Hengst (im Vergleich zu einem Wallach eben noch "ganz").
Auf was bezieht sich "Andalusier"? Hier kämen auch verschiedene Möglichkeiten infrage, z. B. PRE (Pura Raza Española) oder Karthäuser (Cartujano), ...?
