Wenn es sich um die instutionalisierte Abteilung eines Unternehmens handelt, ist wohl Kundendienst richtiger. Sollte es sich jedoch um die im Geschäft stattfindende Aktion handeln, würde ich eher zur Bezeichnung Kundenbetreuung bzw. Kundenservice tendieren.
