... le ha sido asignado en el Registro Central de Extranjeros de la Dirección General de Policía, el Número de Identidad del Extranjero (N.I.E.) **que así mismo se refleja**.
Non riesco a rendere quest'espressione in italiano.

Perché a leggere la frase come l'hai postata si direbbe che questo N.I.E viene poi riportato in qualche altro documento. Se il testo non va avanti così, per favore, ci dici come segue?

Asker: Ciao Mariangela e grazie mille: quello che scrivi ha assolutamente senso. Il documento prosegue con il nome dell'interessato e di seguito viene riportato il numero NIE. Quindi: "a sua volta riportato" o "al seguito riportato" mi sembra vada benissimo.
