Spanish term or phrase: quincho
No se refiere al tipo de restaurante sino a una parte de la casa que generalmente se construye en el fondo del patio y sirve como parrillero.
Es un espacio típico de Argentina y del Río de la Plata, por eso no sé si existe un equivalente en italiano.

El quincho como barbacoa
El quincho es un espacio o lugar de un edificio o espacio especialmente equipado para la preparación e ingesta de asados. La denominación tiene origen en que, frecuentemente, estos espacios están cubiertos con un techo de paja.
Normalmente dispone de un asador o parrilla, mesas, y ocasionalmente sillas para tales efectos. Suele considerarse un espacio para la actividad social de las personas y de reunión.
