ingredienti per tre persone
agnello 500 gr. burro 50 gr. brodo un litro
vino bianco 1/2 bicchiere, farina, un limone
spezie, pepe, sale

preparazione
mettere l agnello in casseruola con il burro e rosolare fino
a doratura, a parte in una pentola mescolare il brodo con il
vino il sale il pepe, le spezie e cuocere per 10 minuti,
aggiungervi l agnello, altro burro e farina sciolta in un
cuchhiaio di brodo, continuare la cottura finchè l agnello
sarà tenero, aggiungere alla fine la scorza di limone grattugiata.
