neutral  Lorella7: È vero, potrebbe anche avere questo significato. Dipende se "carga" e "presiones" sono a favore o a sfavore del progetto.

  -> Naturalmente; io ho visto a occhi chiusi una condizione favorevole. La frase sembra dirci questo, diversamente il progetto non può essere ben sostenuto e tantomeno solido
agree  Maria Assunta Puccini: Completamente de acuerdo; el verbo "apalancar", es todo lo contrario de un concepto estático, pues significa mover algo con ayuda de una palanca. ¡Saludos!
