El robo con fuerza en las cosas
Existe robo con fuerza en las cosas cuando se dan alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:

Escalamiento: Supone la entrada al lugar en el que encuentra el objeto empleando una vía de acceso que no es la habitual (por ejemplo, por la ventana)
Rotura de la pared, techo o suelo, o fractura de puerta o ventana.
La rotura o el deterioro de armarios, arcas, muebles u objetos cerrados, se fuerzan sus cerraduras o se descubren sus claves para acceder a su contenido, independiente de que esto se produzca en el lugar del robo, o fuera del mismo.
El uso de llaves falsas (ganzúas, las llaves perdidas del propietario, si éstas se obtienen de forma ilegal; también se consideran llaves las tarjetas magnéticas y los mandos a distancia).
La inutilización de los sistemas de alarma.
El delito de robo en estos casos está penado con prisión de 1 a 3 años
