Para mí que es un error de tipeo "apoderada" y no "adoperada".

Explanation:
Anche io credo che sia un errore... il termine corretto dovrebbe essere "apoderada". Significa che la persona in questione ha il potere di agire in nome di qualcuno o rappresentarlo... per cui andrebbe bene "rappresentante legale" oppure usare un verbo come "che rappresenta (per procura)" la persona in questione
