Lascerei la dicitura in spagnola così si può ritrovarla per eventuale consultazione e poi fornirei traduzione in parentesi (Legge di Procedura Civile, Amministrativa e del Lavoro). Se dal resto del documento non è evidente che si tratta di Cuba direi Legge cubana di Procedura Civile, Amministrativa e del Lavoro
