Il 'número de comercio' dovrebbe essere il nostro codice REA (Repertorio Economico Amministrativo: http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repertorio_Economico_Amministra... fornito dalla Camera di Commercio. E' il numero che identifica univocamente le imprese iscritte al registro stesso.

In alternativa, se si parla di commercio tramite carta di credito, ho trovato che il 'número de comercio' può corrispondere in inglese al Merchant Category Code (MCC): http://forums.oscommerce.de/lofiversion/index.php?t65377.htm... [parte in rosso], cioè il codice di identificazione del venditore.

Il MCC non può essere, dato che è universale a a 4 cifre: il nostro número de Comercio ne ha 9
