Largo: 103.000 mm.
Ancho: 4.500 mm.
Alto: 3.800 mm.
El horno de lacas consta de un túnel de 6 partes (“Entry Air Seal”, “Heat Up Zone 1”, “Heat Up Zone 2”, “Hold Zone 1”, “Exit Air Seal” y “Cooler”), 1 ventilador de extracción, 3 grupos de calentamiento, 1 grupo de Aire Nuevo y 1 grupo de enfriamiento. Entre la “Exit Air Seal” y el “Cooler” hay un espacio de unos 20 metros en el que se montará un cerramiento llamado “Hotte” y antes de la “Entry Air Seal” se montarán 6 metros de cerramiento.
Montaje de la estructura del horno de Lacas según los planos “0-404-270-010” y “0-404-270-011”. Toda la plataforma (a excepción de las chapas de suelo que irán soldadas) se montará atornillada, incluidos perfiles, escalera de acceso y barandillas. El peso total de la estructura es de 29.000 Kg. |
