Ambele fraze pe care le dai ca exemplu se folosesc (formulate exact la fel) in mai multe domenii a protectie muncii, nu doar la transport. Cred ca "locales" este folosit ca termen general, referitor la orice incapere in care se predau ore de protectie a muncii sau in care se desfasoara o activitate de munca. Am cautat deci ceva asemanator in romana si "ventilarea/ventilatia incaperilor" apare foarte des, chiar si in normele de protectie a muncii publicate de ministerul muncii.
- ventilarea / ventilatia incaperilor
- dotarea incaperilor cu aer conditionat, etc.
