Spanish term or phrase: agente de aprendizaje

Intr-un document descriptiv al unui program de insertie profesionala a romilor, se spune ceva de genul "orice persoana poate deveni un agente de aprendizaje" daca formarea se adapteaza astfel incat sa `puna in valoare posibilitatile sale.

Agent de invatare - doar o intrare pe google.

Explanation:
"Agent de învăţare" nu prea sună bine şi nu cred că s-ar înţelege sensul in RO. Eu aş ota pt o parafrazare de genul: “orice persoană poate avea rolul de/ poate deveni “educator/îndrumător”, sau chiar "cadru didactic pentru îndrumarea/orientarea profesionala a romilor", etc.
