Pe langa alte tipuri de formacion, programul include si formacion interempresas, adica cursuri de formare la care participa angajati din firme diferite (as opposed to "intra", din aceeasi firma).
Cum s-ar spune asta intr-o limba romana "curgatoare"?

Nu cred ca exista inca in RO astfel de programe, in orice caz trebuie parafrazat. "Programe de formare organizat intre companii/firme" ar fi o varianta.
