-utilizatorii trebuie sa cunoasca/constientizeze lucrurile care le plac si lucrurile la care se pricep
-obtinerea treptata a unor reusite palpabile si sarbatorirea acestora
-incurajarea schimbului de idei intre utilizatori.
Nu inteleg in contextul asta daca este vorba de contientizarea propriilor capacitati sau de implinirea personala. Vad ca sinonimul in engleza este "self-actualization", dar nu prea ma ajuta.
