Depinde de contextul tău. Spectrul termenului e destul de vast. Eu am întâlnit şi tradus acest document - "Acta de manifestaciones" - ca un act notarial/proces verbal/procură, după caz:

-proces verbal de constatare
-poate fi o cerere în vederea reagrupării familiare
-proces verbal de predare-primire a unei proprietaţi (ex. apartament)
- act notarial privind modificări ale acţionarilor unei societăţi sau alte schimbări în cadrul unei societăţi comerciale)
-procură de împuternicire
