Law/Patents - Law (general) / Act constitutiv | | Spanish term or phrase: fincas rústicas y urbanas | Intr-un act constitutiv, la capitolul privind obiectul de activitate al societatii, spune ca aceasta poate sa vanda, sa sa exploateze etc. orice tip de "fincas rusticas y urbanas". Nu inteleg daca aici este vorba despre terenuri intra- si extravilane sau de terenuri din zone rurale si urbane. De asemenea, vad ca "finca" poate avea si sensul mai general de "proprietate", insa in contextul asta nu inteleg exact daca se refera la proprietate sau la terenuri.
