Intr-un act constitutiv, la obiectul de activitate se mentioneaza: "La representacion, gestion, distribucion y venta en firme o a comision, en cualquier pais, de productos y articulos comprados de otras empresas".
Primul lucru care mi-a venit in cap este, logic, pe baza de comision, insa vad ca in DRAE exista si expresia "en comision": Dicho de una manera de comerciar: En la que se entregan los géneros al vendedor sin cobrar su importe hasta que se hayan vendido.
Nu inteleg ce fel de comercializare ar fi si cum s-ar putea pune in antiteza cu "en firme".
