| | procesul verbal al adunării .... autentificat | Explanation:
În anumite scopuri, procesul verbal al adunării asociaţilor trebuie autentificat de notar. Fie notarul participă la adunare (de obicei în cazul societăţilor mari) fie un reprezentant al societăţii merge cu procesul verbal ştampilat şi semnat statutar la notar şi notarul întocmeşte un înscris în care reia întreg conţinutul procesului verbal, expune circumstanţele în care a avut loc adunarea ... etc, etc şi în final autentifică înscrisul.
Spre exemplu, pentru modificări aduse actelor constitutive este necesar să se meargă la Registrul Comerţului cu procesul verbal autentificat la notar.
