I've encountered the following terms: 1).Cuenta indistinta и 2).Cuenta mancomunada. Managed to find their definitions:
1). se aplica a la cuenta corriente de dos o mas personas, a la que puede tener acceso cualquiera de ellas
2). Cuenta cuya titularidad pertenece a varias personas simultáneamente. La firma de todos los titulares es necesaria para hacer cualquier transacción.
The meaning is pretty clear. But I failed to find the corresponding terms in Russian (nor in English). I wonder whether they exist at all or I should translate those discriptively...
Context: "Las partes acuerdan que cualquiera de los cotitulares podrá, por sí mismo y en cualquier momento, modificar el régimen de cotitularidad indistinta para convertirla en mancomunada..."

Счет может быть общим или совместным, но его название не определяет полномочий совладельцев, эти полномочия определяются исключительно соглашением, подписываемым дополнительно или в рамках общей процедуры оформления счета.
Считаю вариант Дмитрия "изменить режим общего пользования счетом (без ограничений) на режим совместного принятия решений по каждой операции" очень подходящим.
Совместный счет - англ. Joint Account, счет в брокерской компании или банковский счет, который принадлежит двум или большему числу владельцев.
Помимо прочих документов, для открытия такого счета обычно необходимо подписать «Соглашение о совместном счете». В таком соглашении прописывается, требует ли проведение операции подписей всех сторон, или каждый совладелец может осуществлять операции без уведомления других совладельцев.
