Во сути это, очевидно, гарантия того, что если человек, на чье имущество накладывается ипотека, сдает его в аренду, то при возникновении какого-либо непредвиденного обстоятельства он получит деньги, которые потом выплатит банку. Не знаю соответствующий русский термин, и есть ли он вообще. Заранее спасибо |
