A - acreedor cedido;
B - cedente (цедент);
C - cesionario (цессионарий).
Существует ли какой-либо устойчивый перевод для кредитора (А)?

Да, Александр, согласна. Изменения произошли с В и С, а статус А не менялся. Тогда, вероятно, подойдет вариант "кредитор - выгодополучатель по договору переуступки прав".
