Как в данном случае перевести «La falta del pago del cantidad aplazada actuará como condición resolutoria del presente contrato. La resolución tendra lugar por la notificación fehaciente al comprador. En este supuesto el vendedor podrá disponder libremente del inmueble objeto del presente contrato, sin necesidad de actuación judicial alguna.» Неуплата отсроченной суммы будет действовать в качестве отменительного условия данного договора купли-продажи. Аннулирование будет иметь место посредством простого официального уведомления покупателя.
