agree  ViBe: Но "справка" ли? Надо бы уточнить. И "местонахождение" до сих пор писалось слитно. Юристам простительно, филологам - не очень. (Nada “personal”. Sólo una corrección ortográfica de Su traducción, con la cual estoy de acuerdo en cuanto a la sustancia).

  -> Спасибо, Татьяна! Дело даже не в том, что проще, а, наверное, лучше сказать "юридического адреса" (но не просто адреса), в отличие от адреса фактического.
