Columna “A” de Titularidad sobre el Dominio. En esta columna los asientos registrados van numerados desde el Asiento 0 si el inmueble tiene antecedente dominial una Foja y Partida (libro) o desde el Asiento 1 si el inmueble tiene como antecedente dominial una Matrícula (Folio Real), que puede darse en cesiones, subdivisiones, fusiones y propiedad horizontal. |
