Не знаю, как Вы переводили ficha в своем тексте, но, по-моему, суть в том, что была некая учетная карточка (ficha), из которой была выделена / выписана (independizado) некая информация, которая стала уже другой карточкой, независимой от первоначальной.

Не знаю, как Вы переводили ficha в своем тексте, но, по-моему, суть в том, что была некая учетная карточка (ficha), из которой была выделена / выписана (independizado) некая информация, которая стала уже другой карточкой, независимой от первоначальной.
