В сертификате на акции указана информация по акциям - их тип, владелец, количество, особенные условия и пр. Владельцу именных акций выдается соответствующий сертификат, который он может заменить на сертификат на акции на предъявителя, причем количество акций при этом не меняется (в данном контексте).
