Аллилизотиоцианат. Изотиоциановой кислоты эфиры, изотиоцианаты, горчичные масла, органические соединения общей формулы R — N = C = S, где R — алифатический или ароматический радикал. Изотиоциановой кислоты эфиры — жидкости с резким запахом. Они перегоняются без разложения, не растворяются в воде, обладают слезоточивым действием и при попадании на кожу вызывают ожоги. Многие Изотиоциановой кислоты эфиры обладают бактерицидным, фунгицидным и инсектицидным действием.
