Swedish term or phrase: mörad
Jag har en copy-text om mörat kött, där kunden vill ha alternativa översättningar, för att "känna in" vilken synonym som är mest lämpad.
Finns det flera ord på holländska som har samma betydelse, eller är det entydigt att något ord är mer lämpligt än resten?

(If you like to explain in another language, please use English, since I don't speak Dutch).

mals
Explanation:
Literally 'mals gemaakt' (made "mört") would be better, but I couldn't find any examples of this and it sounds odd to me.

bestorven

Explanation:
bestorven vlees - this is the 'official' term
there is no such thing as fresh meat: all meat has to be mörad (tenderized) before it is ready for consumption

neutral  Mattijs Warbroek: I wonder if this is the right term in this case. I think "möra" (tenderize) is an active proces of for example hammering the meat. Whereas "besterven" is to let the meat hang for a while in order for natural processes to take place.

-> hard to tell without more context - it is just so that all meat must be 'bestorven', otherwise it isn't 'mör'
