Christian Schoenberg: I believe this would be a write-off, instead of a write-down. Addition to note: I may be wrong but I believe that would be "avskrivning"

-> could be, but I am guessing from the context that it it meant to be depreciation - depends upon the amount, and if any notes are attached to it. But it certainly is a possibilty, isn't it?

Lars Jelking: 'Devaluate the assets' are also used though less with respect to financial value.
