Swedish term or phrase: lagbegränsad
In the notes to the financial statements at the back of a company's Annual Report:
Från och med räkenskapsåret 2007 kommer bolaget att upprätta årsredovisning enligt Finansinspektionens föreskrifter FFFS 2006:16 (lagbegränsad IFRS).
I assume this means: IFRS but subject to the restrictions imposed by Swedish law.
Is there a neat way of saying this?

Explanation:
Whilst the IFRS may be hedged about by Swed. law, it may be there is another reasons for the fetter i.e. use of cash or cash equivs. - NB Standard is being redrafted.

Maybe F. Schultze can post his 'question' as an answer which may well be right, so we can comment thereon.

Why IFRS are subject to restrictions in the first place needs more elucidation from the accountants.
