reversed for taxation
Explanation:
This may help.

Tax allocation reserves are appropriations aimed at equalising reported net (taxable) profit. In order to equalise the tax burden, it is possible to set aside some of the profit to a tax allocation reserve. This can then be reversed at any time but no later than six years after the reserve was made. The reserve made at the 1995 tax assessment would have to be reversed for taxation at the 2001 assessment.

Explanation:
If it's about recovery of bad debts originally written off then, in SE/UK/US etc., the income is taxable.
