The title of the text. One dictionary translates this as "value word", which I have never heard of. I'm tempted just to use "values", but has anyone come across this before?

Expressing values ?

Explanation:
Expressing values might fit in this context.
It is often impossible to translate titles literally without losing a lot of the meaning.

"Value expressions" are something different! You don't mention what the text is about in detail, but I can't think of anything better on a Friday!

I imagine what is being discussed is a positive or neutral form of 'loaded expression' or 'subjective statement' etc.

In advertising and public relations values are expressed more or less overtly, and used to convince peole without confronting them. 'Obvious' statements are often full of values and opinions, and advertising is about influencing people.
Branding is all about values.

But I think Diarmuid is definitely on the right track.

disagree  Sven Petersson: No, the spin must be positive. "Loaded words" could be in either direction.

-> I said it might work; context may convey the "positive" implicitly.
